Nelson is a seasoned HR and credential professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily focusing on educator credentialing and assignments. With a diverse background encompassing roles in Santa Clara County Office of Education, school districts, and large charter school organizations, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the educator and credentialing landscape.   

This webinar offered help setting up the new generation of educators with their credentials. Nelson shared out-of-the-box strategies and credentialing pathways, as well as creative ideas to engage the local community in recruiting efforts.
